Crate Expectations – Spring Craft Crate

How many of you like to do crafts with your children?

How many of your children like to do crafts?

Well, this is the greatest craft idea ever…in my opinion.  Introducing the Crate Expectations – Spring Craft Crate!  The shop is The Lighted Branch on Etsy.  The lady who runs it is actually another North Carolina gal who just wanted to make crafting easier for all of us.  How many times have you wanted to do something cute on Pinterest, but then you go to the store to buy the materials and feel like it’s WAY too expensive?!  Mostly because you have to buy a lot of “extra” items that you don’t need.  They won’t sell just 2 little googly eyes, you have to buy an entire pack!

Crate Expectations fixes that problem for you.  She buys in bulk and then separates out into individual crafts with just the perfect amount for said craft.  When you’re finished, you’re done!  No storing of extra pieces that you may not use again.  (Or if you’re like me, you’ll push to the back of a drawer and forget about it ending up in you buying another pack the next time you need it).

I purchased from The Lighted Branch about a year ago and it was the Road Trip crate.  This year, I knew I wanted to feature this shop on my blog and YouTube channel, so I reached out to the owner, Mary Ann, and she graciously gave me a discount when I purchased the Spring Crate along with some details about upcoming crates and a discount for all of you!

She has Easter Mini Crates for $9.99.  She will also have heARTmade DIY Gifts which would make the perfect gift for Mother’s Day.  And of course she will have the RoadTrip crates again, which are perfect for Spring or Summer vacations…or ANY road trip you might be planning in the next year.  Be sure to watch my YouTube video for a little more about my experience with the RoadTrip crate and for an Open Box view of the Spring Craft Crate.  My son loved it!

Also I will say that these crafts are probably best for ages 3+ but I did work on a few of them with my 2 year old last year.  You just end up doing most of the craft yourself!

Be sure to check out the shop and use HOBBYGIRL10 through APRIL to get 10% off any order!

Hope your little ones enjoy it as much as mine do!
